With a background in HR, comms and project wrangling, Jacs brings a rare mix of big-picture thinking and nitty-gritty detail. She’s got a sixth sense for when something feels off, and isn’t afraid to call it, always thoughtfully.

Bettsy is all about work that feels good and makes sense. Whether she’s crafting copy, mapping out a brand rollout, or gently steering us back to the ‘why,’ she brings a calm, clear presence that helps shape ideas into something powerful and accessible.
