Nothing fazes her, for she believes that there’s no challenge too difficult to conquer and no problem too big to solve. In fact, she thrives on the journey, embracing each obstacle with determination, persistence, and a load of optimism.

In the pre-Jas consulting era, she donned her lawyer hat, passionately practicing employment law before embarking on her journey into the realm of HR where she held organisational development and CPO roles in the legal and health sector.

What truly sets Jas apart is her unique ability to hold the room in workshops and coaching conversations. Whether she’s leading a discussion, sharing her expertise, or simply connecting with others, she has a way of making you feel like you’ve known her for years. Her warmth and genuine interest in people are not just endearing but magnetic, drawing everyone into her sphere of positivity and creativity.

She has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Business (Organisational coaching), a certified coach of neuro linguistic programming and is an Associate certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.

In a past life, Aviva was a lawyer, navigating the intricacies of conflict resolution with finesse. For over a decade now, she’s embarked on a journey to empower leaders, channelling her energy into lifting the capabilities and maturity of leaders to new heights. Her knack for understanding both the head and heart piece sets her apart, making her not just a consultant but a compassionate guide through the complexities of change and growth.

Aviva’s energy is contagious, her enthusiasm infectious. As a go-getter who makes stuff happen, she’s all about amplifying leadership impact and driving meaningful outcomes. Meet Mich, the serene and soulful guide on the journey of healing and self-understanding. She has mastered the art of holding space during life’s tempests. When you find yourself in the midst of a storm, she’s the calm sea you can anchor in, providing you with a safe space
to gather your thoughts and find your inner balance.

Her expertise lies in deciphering the unspoken language of our words, our silences, our body sensations, our breathing patterns, and our stories. She understands that there is a wealth of information hidden within these elements of ourselves. Through her unique approach, she empowers people to unlock this treasure trove of self-awareness, granting them a greater array of choices and enhancing physical and psychological well- being.

Throughout her journey, Mich has accumulated a vast toolbox of techniques and practices to help others
confront their pain, understand its roots, and ultimately embrace it or transform it. She believes in the

sensitivity from a young age.

Michele was always driven by a deep empathy for the complexities of human existence, motivated to uncover the causes of our trials and tribulations. Cassandra Goodman

Facilitator + Coach

Here’s Cassie, a cheery soul with a penchant for connecting the dots in the grand tapestry of life. She’s been the mastermind behind leadership and well-being activities that transcend cultural boundaries having run employee experience teams of all sizes for global and local organisations. As a true global citizen, Cassie understands that leadership and well-being are universal languages, and she speaks them fluently.

She’s more than just fascinated by the psychology of the human mind; she’s constantly peering under the hood of our brains to unravel the mysteries of why we think the way we do. Garry Davis

Garry keeps us on our toes with a mischievous grin and a well-placed challenge. He is the steady hand in our midst, reminding us to stay grounded, humble, and pragmatic in our pursuits. With a wealth of experience in research and development, operations, and project management before moving into executive HR roles and consulting, he’s the calm and collected voice of reason, guiding through the intricate dance of organisation management.

With her experience in global Chief People Officer roles and in consulting across various sectors, she’s got one foot in the commercial reality of running organisations and the other in the world of human connection, creating a recipe for positive change.
